End of year closure

Please note that to accommodate reviewer and recommender holiday schedules, PCI RR is now closed for submissions from 1st December 2024 until 12th January 2025.

During this time, reviewers will remain able to submit reviews, and recommenders can issue decision letters for ongoing submissions, but no new or revised submissions can be made by authors.
