I have 15 years experience in molecular oncology research and translational science spanning both academia and industry. I have worked in oncology drug discovery including small molecules, antibodies and nucleic acid therapeutics. My research has spanned breast, gastric, non-small cell lung, pancreatic and brain cancers, including KRAS mutant models. I have expertise in drug delivery, membrane trafficking, cellular uptake and mechanisms of uptake including nanoparticle testing and delivery, for metal organic frameworks, and polydopamine nanoparticles. I have also experience in trafficking and delivery of nucleic acid therapeutics.
